The Process

Let’s Connect: Fill out our online wedding enquiry form or reach out to chat! Share your inspiration pics to help us get started.

Let’s Chat: Prefer a call or Google Meet? We’ll discuss your floral vision, wedding size ideas so we can craft an accurate quote.

Your Quote: We’ll send a tailored quote outlining your floral dreams and costs. Secure your date with a $1000 non-refundable deposit (minimum spend $5,000). Option to finalise floral details later.

Save the Date: Once your deposit and booking form are in, your date is officially locked! From here, site visits, floral briefs and planning fun begin. We’re always available for calls and emails.

Confirm: About three weeks before your wedding, we’ll check in with a detailed floral brief. Big features are set, but there’s still time for small tweaks.

T-Minus: The countdown is on! Share any last-minute updates or inspiration. Final balance is due 21 days before the wedding.

What Happens Next

Share your ideas, inspiration images and budget.

We’ll create a custom quote based on your wishes, including flowers, labour, design and servicing costs (10% GST inclusive).

Quotes are flexible — we’ll refine them until everything feels perfect. We want you to feel 100% excited and confident about your florals!
Please allow 24–48 hours for a response (up to 72 during public holidays/long weekends). If you’d like to check your date first, you can contact Rose.
