Here you’ll find an overview of our wedding floral services, typical investment ranges and what’s included — to help you decide if we’re the right fit for your celebration.

Most of our couples invest between $7k–$15k on their wedding flowers, with a minimum spend of $5k.

Elopements and Micro Weddings
Yes, we flower up small-scale weddings! We love the intimate and oh-so-romantic nature of elopements/micro weddings, celebrating your love by saying I-do with those very special to you. Under 50 guests is considered small-scale.

We can customise a wish list that includes luscious florals by way of a beautiful bride bouquet and groom boutonniere, Ceremony feature florals and petal toss for the ceremony, simple floral arrangements for the reception (with complimentary single stem vases) and taper or pillar candles.
Prices are an estimate and based on final designs — from $3,000.
The Fine Details

Minimum spend
Our minimum spend is $5,000 (GST inclusive). This allows us to maintain our high design standards, deliver full-scale floral installations and provide a seamless end-to-end service. It also ensures we can accommodate seasonal price fluctuations without compromising on quality. This minimum reflects the level of craftsmanship, care and professionalism that defines A Pocketful of Roses.​

Non-refundable booking fee
A $1,000 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. This allows us to reserve your spot and begin the design and sourcing process.

Exclusivity
To uphold our creative standards and brand integrity, A Pocketful of Roses acts as the sole floral designer for your wedding. No additional fresh, preserved, or artificial florals may be supplied by external parties.​

Holiday Surcharge
We’re always thrilled to create floral magic — even on holidays! If your wedding falls on a public holiday, long weekend, or major floral date, an additional 15–25% holiday surcharge will apply to your floral design services. Please see FAQs for more information.

Travel fees
For weddings outside our standard service areas, travel fees may apply. These cover accommodation, fuel, and additional logistics required for delivery and setup. A customised quote will be provided based on your location and event requirements.​

Photography
We may use imagery of our floral work (including professional photography) for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you prefer that images featuring you or your guests are not shared, please let us know in advance and we will ensure only floral-focused content is used.

​​​​Bump in services
Please note that a fee of $385 will be added where venues require before hours (before 9am) set up of hanging installations due to their lunch service or schedule or if there are short bump in timeframes.​​
​
Repurposing Ceremony flowers
We charge a fee from $330 to stay on-site until after your ceremony to touch up and move your ceremony flowers into the reception space as they are. This service should be considered an add-on, not a primary feature. Additional charges apply for transforming designs from the ceremony to the reception. For WHS reasons and because it’s not covered by APR liability insurance, APR team will need to repurpose all ceremony flowers into the reception space.​​​

Bump out/ pack down services
The cost covers travel to and from the venue, waste removal and disposal, collection and cleaning of vessels/structures (including candles), as well as time, labour and fuel. For smaller-scale weddings without safety concerns or hanging installations, we offer self-bump out.
However, all waste must be disposed of and any vessels (including candle holders) and structures must be cleaned before being returned.
- Please note: Where self-bump out or drop off options are selected, a $200 refundable bond is required at booking and will be returned once all items are safely returned in the same condition they were hired out, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. This will show up in your invoice on a separate line under the heading Security Bond.

We also offer a "drop off and clean" service for a flat fee of $220, where your hire items are dropped off by you to us and we'll handle the cleaning for you.
All hanging installations will require the APR team to handle the bump out and pack down due to liability reasons, from $550, regardless of the size or scale.​​

Styling Services
APR will carefully arrange all reception décor elements, including name cards, menus, candles, bonbonnières, gift table items, seating charts and welcome signs, ensuring every detail is beautifully placed for a polished, cohesive look — from $275.

Pricing varies depending on many factors including: flower selection, scale, quantity, design complexity and level of detail. Premium blooms such as imported roses, orchids, peonies, Australian and South African natives, and on-trend varieties may attract a higher investment.
If you’re open to seasonal flowers, we’re happy to recommend beautiful options that reflect both your style and the time of year.
All quotes include floral materials, supplies, custom design, preparation, delivery, and installation. GST (10%) is added to all quotes.

Secure Your Date — Once you’re ready, your wedding date is confirmed with a $1000 non-refundable deposit and a completed booking form. After that, the fun begins! I’ll guide you every step of the way, from refining your floral design to ensuring your day unfolds beautifully.
