HOW TO USE THIS FORM


Option 1:

Take advantage of being able to fully customise and curate your dream wedding florals down to the style and quantity. This option is perfect for those who know exactly what they want. It also ensures a quicker turn around time for your quote and gives you an immediate sense of how your floral choices fit within your budget.


Option 2:

List your items in any of the provided comment boxes under the appropriate categories. E.g., under Ceremony Flowers, pick a comment box and type your needs: x1 Bride bouquet, x3 Bridesmaid bouquets, x1 buttonhole etc. This option is for the time conscious couple or those who'd like more guidance or help to navigate the many options with ease.

Please note that APR cannot be held responsible for the condition of the flowers due to the effects of the elements of nature—such as rain, heat (natural or artificial), dryness and wind—or the conditions of the venue including marquees which can get really hot. We do our absolute best to care for the flowers before, during and after but we can only do what is in our power against these conditions that are out of our control. If outdoors, please have a wet-weather option available.

CEREMONY BACKDROP/STRUCTURE STYLE

Includes arches, arbours, plinths, geometric stands, urns etc. If hiring of structure is not needed, please state whether you or the venue will supply one and if so, which style/shape e.g., arch, triangle arch, French Doors, Steel Ring etc

CEREMONY BACKDROP FLORALS—Price is per arrangement. An arrangement may span from 1/2-1m but will be designed appropriate to your chosen backdrop. Minimum spend $700. Please see info box below for more clarification.

You can customise your Ceremony florals. Please select how many arrangements needed appropriate for your structure. Standard height for structures is approx., 2m-2.5m per side. Arches/arbours have a centre strip approx., 1.5m-2m. For any structure requiring one main feature + opposite side spray, such as rings or arbours, please select x3 minimum. For urns and plinths please select x2 for one arrangement each side. To make a perfect nest or crescent shape opt for x5-6.

REPURPOSE CEREMONY FLOWERS
Repurpose—APR to remain until after Ceremony to repurpose florals.160

Please note: Not all arrangements survive the weather elements longer than ceremony time so may not look as it did originally. Therefore, repurposing shouldn't be your main reception arrangements but considered as add-ons/bonus flowers. Not all arrangements can be moved into the reception space. Whilst we do touch up designs we move, we may not have time to pull apart ceremony flowers and recreate into a completely different arrangement. We can offer design suggestions that are better suited.

Bud vases are small glass or ceramic vases that display clusters of flowers. Ikebana style arrangements are styled florals that offer a dainty, yet purposeful and artful look and often features a flower frog. Vases and Compotes are a bigger vessel that display arranged flowers that are elevated from the table and often showcase both vase and florals. Flower Clouds are gorgeous densely packed arrangements that give the illusion of floating florals with no vessel shown.

Price is per metre. A standard banquet table length is 2.4m (8-10 people). Greenery garlands run down the centre of the tables and can be interwoven with candles or florals.

Ground floral arrangements can be repurposed to seating sign or anywhere in the reception space. Prices for fruit are an approximation and subject to availability and seasonal costs. Drapery installation costs are pending certain factors such as style, size, complexity and pack down.

EXTRA SERVICES
