Please note that flowers are subject to availability and APR will choose a beautiful substitute if needed. Also note that Premium or high demand blooms cost more. These include imported Roses, Orchids, Peonies, Natives, preserved blooms and specialty flowers.

Please note that APR cannot be held responsible for the condition of the flowers due to the effects of the elements of nature—such as rain, heat (natural or artificial), dryness and wind—or the conditions of the venue including marquees which can get really hot. We do our absolute best to care for the flowers before, during and after but we can only do what is in our power against these conditions that are out of our control. If outdoors, please have a wet-weather option available.

Please note: Not all arrangements survive the weather elements longer than ceremony time so may not look as it did originally. Therefore, repurposing shouldn't be your main reception arrangements but considered as add-ons/bonus flowers. Not all arrangements can be moved into the reception space, alternative options better suited will be offered. We touch up and redesign or transform where possible to suit the reception space however we do not break apart for table arrangements.

All hanging installations will require APR team to bump out/pack down at a flat rate of $500 no matter the size or scale due to public liability reasons. Self-bump out is available for those with no hanging installations.

Please note that some venues require before hours (before 9am) set up of hanging installations due to their lunch service or schedule. Where this is applicable, a flat rate of $385 will be included in your quote. All hanging installations will require APR team to bump out/pack down at a flat rate of $550 no matter the size or scale due to public liability reasons. Self-bump out is available for those with no hanging installations.
