Thank you so much for considering us to add some floral magic to your wedding! Huge congratulations once again on sealing the deal — what an exciting time! As floral designers, we absolutely love bringing beauty into the atmosphere and using flowers to perfectly capture the essence of the love between our stunning couples. We’d be beyond thrilled and honoured to be part of your celebration!
What we do
We love bringing your wedding floral vision to life! The flowers create the perfect atmosphere and evoke the emotions that make your special day even more meaningful for you and your loved ones. Not only on the day, but for years to come.
We take the time to understand your vision, giving you personalised recommendations and tailored designs that truly reflect you. We handle everything—from flower sourcing, to setup, to pack down. Think of us as your personal assistants, but with flowers. We handle the hard work, so you can just enjoy your special day. You won’t have to lift a finger!
We keep everything transparent—no surprises with pricing—so you feel confident every step of the way. Plus, we offer bouquet preservation so you can hold onto those memories forever! Our goal is to make your experience smooth and unforgettable. Your success is our success and we’ll do everything to make your floral dreams a reality.
The Process
1. Let's Connect:
We’d love to be part of your big day! Fill out our online Wedding enquiry form to kickstart the conversation or let's chat! Don't forget to share your inspo pics!
​2. Let's Chat:
If you'd prefer, we can instead meet by phone or via Google Meet. We’ll dive into your floral desires, wedding size and ideas to help us craft a more accurate quote.

3. Your Quote:
We’ll send over your tailored quote, outlining your floral dreams and costs. Don’t worry about the details being perfect—you can secure your date with a $1000 non-refundable deposit (minimum spend $4,400 GST inclusive) and we can give you time to flesh out those finer details!

4. Save the Date:
Ready to lock us in? Great! Once we get your $1000 booking fee and form, your date’s officially locked! After that, site visits, floral briefs and fun details begin, plus we’re always here for calls and emails.

5. Confirm:
Three weeks before your wedding, we’ll check in to make sure everything’s in place. You’ll receive a detailed wedding brief with your florals and all the must-know info. Big features should be set by now, but there’s still time to tweak the finer points.

6. T-minus:
The countdown is on! Feel free to update us with any changes or inspiration before the big day. Final balance is due 21 days prior—almost there!
To note...
Minimum spend
Our minimum spend is $4,400 (GST inclusive), which allows us to provide excellent work and not cut corners. It enables us to uphold our professionalism, high standards and provide stunning flowers and excellent services to our wonderful couples, even when unexpected price fluctuations for flowers or supplies arise. It also guarantees that we can deliver the wedding flowers and designs of your dreams—no shortcuts, no half-done designs, and nothing smaller than you expect. Please be wary of this with promised low costs as it has to made up for somehow. It’s all about creating the stunning, full-scale florals you want and deserve.

Exclusivity
We absolutely love working with our amazing couples and are truly grateful and honoured to be part of your special day. To maintain our brand reputation, professional integrity and high standards, we can only work with couples who understand and respect that we will be the sole and exclusive floral designers for your wedding. This means that no other individual or company, whether professional or not, will provide fresh, preserved, or artificial flowers for any aspect throughout the wedding.​
Photography
We depend on showcasing our work to attract potential clients, so we use our own photos and videos, as well as those from professional photographers, for this purpose. If you prefer that photos of you and your guests are not used on our social media or website, please let us know in advance and we will make sure to capture and share only images of our work.

Repurposing Ceremony flowers
We charge a $166 fee to stay on-site until after your ceremony to touch up and move your ceremony flowers into the reception space as they are. This service should be considered an add-on, not a primary feature. Additional charges apply for transforming designs from the ceremony to the reception. For WHS reasons and because it’s not covered by APR liability insurance, APR team will need to repurpose all ceremony flowers into the reception space.

​​Bump in services
Please note that a fee of $385 will be added where venues require before hours (before 9am) set up of hanging installations due to their lunch service or schedule or if there are short bump in timeframes.

Bump out/ pack down services
The cost covers travel to and from the venue, waste removal and disposal, collection and cleaning of vessels/structures (including candles), as well as time, labour and fuel. For smaller-scale weddings without safety concerns or hanging installations, we offer self-bump out. However, all waste must be disposed of and any vessels (including candle holders) and structures must be cleaned before being returned. We also offer a "drop off and clean" service for a flat fee of $220, where your hire items are dropped off by you to us and we'll handle the cleaning for you. All hanging installations will require the APR team to handle the bump out and pack down due to liability reasons, at a flat rate of $550, regardless of the size or scale.​​

Travel fees
For weddings outside our standard service areas, please note that travel fees will apply. These fees help cover the costs of accommodation, fuel and any additional logistics required for delivery and setup. We’ll provide a customised quote based on the location and specific needs of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly on your special day.

Non-refundable booking fee
To lock in your wedding date, we ask for a non-refundable booking fee of $1000. This helps us reserve your spot and dedicate time to designing and sourcing your florals in the meantime. It’s also a way to make sure we can give you the attention and care your wedding deserves, from the planning stages all the way through to the big day. We understand that things change, but this fee helps us stay organised and ready to create something special for you.

A Pocketful of Roses
Elopements and Micro Weddings
Yes, we flower up small-scale weddings! We love the intimate and oh-so-romantic nature of elopements/micro weddings, celebrating your love by saying I-do with those very special to you. Under 50 guests is considered small-scale.
We can customise a wish list that includes luscious florals by way of a beautiful bride bouquet and groom boutonniere, Ceremony feature florals and petal toss for the ceremony, simple floral arrangements for the reception (with complimentary single stem vases) and taper or pillar candles.

Price guide
Here’s a general idea of the different flower arrangements and their price ranges. Please keep in mind that flower prices can vary from week to week, so the cost will depend on your choice of flowers, size, quantity, design and the level of detail you're looking for. Premium flowers like imported roses, orchids, peonies, Australian and South African natives, as well as trendy blooms like baby’s breath, tend to be a bit pricier. If you're open to using seasonal flowers, just let us know, and we can suggest some beautiful options that are in season!

Just a quick note: Our quotes include the cost of the flowers themselves, along with the supplies, and importantly, the labour and servicing required to bring your floral vision to life. 10% GST will be added to all quotes. We’ll take care of everything so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

How to book with APR
Excited to move forward with your quote? Yay!

Simply email Rose at studio@apocketfulofroses.com.au with your confirmed floral wish list and any changes you'd like to make. We’ll send you an invoice with all the details of your wedding florals. Once everything is set, your date will be secured with a $1000 non-refundable deposit and the completed booking form. We can't wait to bring your floral vision to life!
