A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preservation booking, with the remaining balance due seven days prior to your wedding date. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

If yes: Replica bouquets are carefully matched to your original design using fresh flowers. Cost will be added to your invoice and typically range from $250–$650+, reflecting sourcing, materials and preparation.

How soon can your flowers be delivered or express posted? Location: Fairy Meadow NSW 2519. You'll receive flower care instructions for the day of and after your wedding. Packing info will be provided if you decide to post.

Please appreciate that bouquet drop off is a private residential address and you must adhere strictly to pick drop off times. Drop off time: 9am-12pm unless otherwise organised. A few buckets of water will be on the front porch for your flowers to go into if no one is home.

Preservation Options

There are two preservation options: A Shadow Box frame (3D preservation) or a Pressed Flower Frame (flat preservation). Each frame:

Our pressed flower frames are available in two signature styles: Classic Floral Layout and Floral Mosaic Design. If you're unsure where your style sits, please select any, let me know in the comments and I will determine from your flowers and inspo images.

Classic Floral Layout: A refined composition featuring whole preserved blooms arranged in a clean, balanced design. Perfect for showcasing the natural beauty and form of individual flowers. PFF size options (please double check the sizes before selecting)

Colour Stabilisation & Enhancement

Please select a box below. If you're happy for us to enhance the colours of your flowers where needed e.g. white flowers that have turned.

Natural enhancement — Light colour correction, true-to-life tones, “as you remember them”

Vivid enhancement — Richer colors, slightly deeper contrast, still realistic, just more “alive”

As preserved flowers undergo natural colour changes during preservation, enhancement results may vary, and restoring deeper tones to their original lighter shade may not look natural. In these cases, we will assess what best preserves the flower’s natural beauty and may retain the deeper tone.

Completed Frame Details

Pick up, post or delivery of the COMPLETED frame?

PICK UP: We organise a time and date suitable for pick up. Pick up time between 9am-1pm unless otherwise organised.

APR DELIVERY: A rate of $55 (GST inclusive) for delivery to Wollongong & select suburbs. Over 30 minutes outside of Wollongong, toward Sydney and beyond is from $110 (GST inclusive) pending your location.

POST: Postage depends on your location, overall weight including packaging and size. We also add extra cover in case anything happens in transit as once it leaves APR we have no control. A $50 Handling & Packaging Fee – Large Fragile Items is added to each order requiring postage. This covers materials, double-boxing, protection and extended packing time required.

Please appreciate that completed frame pick up location is also a private residential address and you must adhere strictly to pick up days and times.
