Sending a clear image of your flowers beforehand is recommended if you’re unsure of their suitability. Your flowers will be assessed on arrival and if they are deemed unusable, unfortunately a replica may need to be made (extra charges apply) or proceeding further will be halted. Please note that the $150 deposit is non-refundable.
