Preservation Order Form

A $150 non-refundable deposit locks in your preservation and then full payment is due 7 days before your wedding date. Last minute bookings require immediate payment. GST will be added to the overall total. Approximate calculation: preservation (GST inclusive) + delivery/shipping costs (+GST) = total. Please fill in the form below. How soon can your flowers be delivered or express posted? Location: Fairy Meadow NSW 2519. You'll receive flower care instructions for the day of and after your wedding. Packing info will be provided if you decide to post.

Please appreciate that bouquet drop off is a private residential address and you must adhere strictly to pick drop off times. Drop off time: 9am-12pm unless otherwise organised. A few buckets of water will be on the front porch for your flowers to go into if no one is home.

There are two preservation options: A Shadow Box frame (3D preservation) or a Pressed Flower Frame (flat preservation)

Shadow Box Frame or Pressed Flower Frame?

Shadow Box Frame (SBF; 3D Preservation with about 5cm thickness all the way around. The end product is heavy)

Pressed Flower Frame (PFF; flat preservation with about 2cm thickness all the way around. The end product is light)

Pick up, post or delivery of the completed frame?

PICK UP: We organise a time and date suitable for pick up. Pick up time between 9am-12pm unless otherwise organised.

APR DELIVERY: A rate of $27.5 (GST inclusive) per direction for delivery Wollongong & select suburbs. Over 30 minutes outside of Wollongong, toward Sydney and beyond is from $55 (GST inclusive) per direction pending your location.

POST: Postage and handling cost will depend on your location and the overall weight and packaging size. We also recommend adding extra cover in case anything happens in transit as once it leaves APR we have no control.
