HOW DOES IT WORK & CAN I PRE-ORDER?
My focus is on providing a beautiful floristry service that's simple and efficient to use. Your order will either be delivered by hand or post, depending on what you order. I have fresh flowers, everlasting posies and other hand made goodies available to purchase. Simply select your item and the date/delivery options and I will process that order for you. Specific information is available in the descriptions of all the products. Please refer to it before purchasing.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SIZES OF THE GRANDE RANGE?
Posies are simpler in design with shorter stems than a traditional bouquet, making them easier to look after and perfect to put out on display in your home. The main difference is size and stem count. Grande means "great" or "large" in French and the options within the range start from large and keep getting larger.
WHAT SUBURBS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Below is a list of the suburbs I deliver to. Please read carefully. For products that are sent out via post, delivery is Australia Wide.
CAN I SELECT WHICH FLOWERS ARE SENT?
Unfortunately, no. Unlike a traditional florist, I create just one posy style each week using the freshest and prettiest blooms available. Occasionally, I may have to substitute flowers due to supply, which means there may be some variations to the weekly style (colour, flower choice etc.,). Be assured that APR will find the best substitution which will uphold the beauty of your order.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU OPERATE?
Currently, my delivery days are Wednesday to Friday—except on public holidays and over the Christmas and New Year period—unless we have arranged something else. I may operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mother’s Day, but you will be informed of this in advance. I can do custom orders outside of Wednesday-Friday but orders will need to be over $100 and pre-arranged with me.
I WANT TO SEND FLOWERS ON THE WEEKEND, CAN YOU HELP?
My typical delivery days are Wednesday to Friday. I don’t work Sundays but there may be a slight possibility that I can help you on a Saturday but I will need to know by 8pm Friday at the very latest. You can contact me here.
WHEN IS THE ORDER DEADLINE & WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Delivery days are Wednesday to Friday (unless we pre-aranged something else). For next day delivery, order by 10pm the day before. If an item is in stock, you will be able to select it and process the order. If not, then I may be out of stock. For Flower Crowns, order by 10pm Thursdays for Friday delivery and Fridays for Saturday delivery. You can also pre-order, which I encourage. Same day delivery orders have a deadline of 4pm. Pre-ordering is encouraged to avoid missing out.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SEND SOMETHING TO A SECURE APARTMENT OR NO-ONE IS HOME?
WHAT IF I HAVE GIVEN THE WRONG ADDRESS OR THE PERSON IS NO LONGER AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN?
Please ensure that I am provided with the correct address, including the unit or apartment number if applicable. I am relying on you to be as accurate as possible to ensure a smooth delivery. If I am given the wrong address and am unable to deliver the posy, I will charge a $10 re-delivery fee to send it out again that day or the next trading day.
HELP! THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER! WHAT CAN I DO?
The best way to handle this is to call me on 0404 589 087 if it's urgent. Alternatively, you can contact me here. I’ll do my best to accommodate to your change but because I operate on super-quick turn-around times this may not always be possible and I really need 24-hour’s notice to change an order. For any cancellations, 50% of the total amount will be refunded to make up for losses, which are hard to ascertain.
